WILDD Women Founders

‘For a sustainable planet, we need sustainable people’

Meet the passionate founders of WILDD Women CIC, who, after facing job losses, decided to turn challenges into opportunities and forge ahead with a shared vision. Driven by their commitment to amplify women's voices and foster a culture of care, they aim to create safe spaces for peacebuilding, replenishment, and reflection—helping women avoid burnout and find their true paths through quiet moments, arts, and music. Their resilience and dedication inspire them to facilitate spaces where women can reconnect and celebrate themselves and each other, engage creatively, and support each other in their journeys.

“Miranda and EL are a seamless team – they bring warmth, honesty and deep generosity of spirit to all their work and it is always pleasure and an honour to work alongside them.

They have a phenomenal ability to bring together women of all ages and backgrounds, across racial, cultural, ethnic and religious divides and to nurture their capacities to listen, share and heal together.

I have watched with awe as they build the capacity of groups to co-create honest and caring circles capable of holding participants through grief, laughter, tensions and deep connection.”
